Refunds & Returns Policy
Eschatology – The Walter Method
We value clarity, responsibility, and respect in every aspect of our Teaching and services. For this reason, we kindly ask all customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sales, except in the specific cases outlined below.

 

2. Physical Products (Printed Books)
We will offer a replacement or refund only if the issue is our responsibility, such as:
    •    Printing defects
    •    Damaged items upon arrival (shipping damage)
    •    Incorrect item sent due to packing error
    •    Verified delivery issues caused by the carrier
Requirements:
    •    The issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase
    •    Clear evidence (photos) must be provided
    •    If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund
We do not offer refunds or exchanges when:
    •    The customer ordered the wrong title
    •    The customer selected the wrong language
    •    The customer made an error during checkout
    •    The customer changed their mind after purchase
We kindly ask customers to carefully review their order before completing payment.

 

3. Digital Products (PDF, EPUB, Videos, Webinars)
Due to the nature of digital products:
    •    If the file has already been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund or exchange is possible
    •    If the file has not been downloaded yet, we may consider cancellation on a case-by-case basis (if verified in the system)
    •    Download links expire 14 days after purchase
    •    Each product allows a maximum of 3 downloads
    •    Our system records all download activity
Please ensure you understand the format before purchasing (PDF vs EPUB). We cannot offer refunds due to user error or lack of technical knowledge.

 

4. Recorded Events & Webinars
All recorded events and webinar purchases follow the same digital product policy:
    •    If the content has been downloaded, the sale is final
    •    No transfers or exchanges are available
